About Schine Innovation/Milmas AB
Schine Innovation is a subsidiary of Milmas AB (corp. reg. no. 556596-9507) located at Stigaregatan 7B, 790 60 Falun, Sweden.
We develop and sell daily living aids, mainly to facilitate pill management.Our customers are primarily pharmacies, assistive device retailers, suppliers of products to health and social care and retailers of clever, innovative products.
We process customer data and personal information primarily to fulfil our duties to our partners. We do not process more customer/personal data than is absolutely necessary for this purpose, and we strive to always use the least sensitive information.
We need this information to provide good service, for example sales, marketing, follow-up and information. We may also need customer/personal data to meet legal requirements and to perform customer and market analyses.
You have the right to object to our use of your customer/personal data for direct marketing. When we collect customer/personal data for the first time, you receive more information about this and how you can object to its use.
We appreciate when you contact us, and when you do it through one of our communication channels, we use that communication and your information in order to handle your case, to contact you and of course we want to improve our service by saving the case so we can answer quickly if you come back with questions. In the standard case, a company is a customer of Schine Innovation/Milmas AB. When a partnership agreement is drawn up, the customer accepts our terms, and through that, accepts our use of customer/personal data to fulfil our commitment under the agreement.

We do not process customer/personal data unless it is required in order to fulfil agreed commitments according to e.g. contracts and legal requirements. How do we get access to customer/personal data?
Wherever possible, we try to obtain consent before processing customer/personal data. When we draw up a partnership agreement, you accept our general terms. When you consent to our general terms, you also consent to our processing your customer/personal data.

If you do, we will no longer process your customer/personal data or retrieve new such data, unless this is necessary for us to fulfil our responsibilities according to a contract or legislation. How do I withdraw my consent or obtain copies of the data you have on me?
You can always request copies of the data we have on you/your company in our database by letter, e-mail or phone. You can withdraw your consent to our use of your customer/personal data, apart from the specific situations named above, in the same way. We will get back to you with your data within seven days.
Schine Innovation/Milmas AB is the data controller for customer/personal data, which means that we are responsible for how this information is processed and for ensuring your rights.
